I hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween! Just a couple of pseudo-tech tips for today:
First, remember to change out the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors! Fire departments nationwide suggest that you change out the batteries whenever we turn the clocks ahead in the spring, and back in the fall, which reminds me....
Second, Sunday is "Fall Back," so remember to reset those clocks!
Finally, with parent-teacher conferences coming up next week, I just want to remind everyone to please promote the Portal to parents of middle and high school students. This tool (see previous post) really does make a difference, as it helps parents keep their students accountable and on task.
Have a great Halloween everyone!
